River Café Executive Chef Matthias Fong hosts this exclusive long table
chef collaboration dinner at Calgary’s extraordinary Snohetta-designed Central Library, named one of 52 places to go in 2019 by The New York Times.
Joining Chef Fong are:
Calgary’s Darren MacLean (Shokunin), Duncan Ly (Foreign Concept)
and Galasa Aden (Deane House),
as well as visiting guest chefs from Netflix’s The Final Table,
Charles Michel and Angel Vazquez.
The chefs will share their curiosity and exploration of plant-forward dining. Share in the conversation about sustainability at the table. Not only will this be an extraordinary dining experience, but proceeds will also benefit Mealshare, which works to end youth hunger.
