Gold Medal Plates 2017

Cheer on our very own Chef Matthias Fong as he competes in the Gold Medal Plates Canadian Culinary Competition!

Celebrated in eleven cities across Canada, this event features premier chefs in each city in a culinary competition for gold, silver and bronze medals. The winners will compete in the nationwide Canadian Culinary Championships.

This year, Gold Medal Plates will be raising funds to support Canadian Olympic athletes competing in the upcoming 2018 Olympic Games in PyeongChang.
