All our seafood is a sustainable choice, as identified by the Ocean Wise program created at the Vancouver Acquarium.
We source the best tasting local ingredients in season. We connect directly with growers and producers and carefully choose those purveyors who are responsible stewards of the land.
We have an extensive garden on site where we grow a variety of ‘just picked’ ingredients, like edible flowers and greens, berries and herbs.
