What To Expect When You Dine With Us

In an effort to ensure the utmost protection and safety of our guests and employees during the COVID-19 pandemic, we ask for your cooperation with the following temporary changes to our hospitality service:

BEFORE ARRIVING

If You Feel Unwell

If you feel sick in any way, or have travelled outside of the country in the last 14 days, please do not visit the restaurant. Reservations may be cancelled online or by calling the restaurant directly.

Face Masks

Face masks are required by City of Calgary Bylaw in all indoor areas of the restaurant, except while seated at your table and when you cannot properly social distance from others. This includes the entrance, host stand, and washrooms.

Hand Sanitizer

We have placed a sanitizer station at the entrance to the restaurant and ask that you please use it when you arrive.

Under current Alberta Chief Medical Officer of Health Orders

Tables are placed at a minimum two metres distance from other tables and other groups.

Maximum number of guests, including children, permitted at a table is six.

Guests are required to remain seated inside the restaurant at all times, except when entering or exiting, or using the washroom.

Contact Tracing

To support public health contact tracing efforts in the unlikely event that a staff member or guest tests positive, we are collecting contact information for all parties who dine with us. We thank you for your understanding.

Our Enhanced Safety Measures

Our top priority is the safety and well-being of our staff, our guests, and every member of our community. To keep all of us safe, we have implemented new health and safety protocols that go above and beyond our already strict standards.

STAFF HEALTH AND SAFETY

Wellness Checks

Before coming to work, every employee will be screened to ensure they are fit to work. Anyone with symptoms of COVID-19; with a history of international travel in the last 14 days; or with close contact with a confirmed case of COVID-19 in the past 14 days must remain at home.

Safety Equipment

All staff are required to wear face masks as soon as they enter the restaurant and for the duration of their shift.

Frequent Hand Washing

We follow strict and thorough hand washing guidelines. Team members wash or sanitize hands at least every 30 minutes.

Social Distancing

All staff will follow a policy of no physical contact and maintain social distancing. Work stations are disinfected frequently and tasks have been adapted to eliminate the sharing of equipment when possible.

MINIMIZING CONTACT POINTS

Service Detail

Tables are not pre-set with flatware and rolled silverware will be brought to you when needed.

Table condiments and other frequently touched items have been removed from tables.

For Your Safety

Dining room tables, chairs and payment terminals are sanitized after each use.

Frequent touch points such as door knobs, hand sinks and light switches are sanitized at regular intervals.

We have established a heightened pro-active position, perform training and reinforce current protocols and disinfecting procedures on a daily basis.
